It is suitable for a bedroom wall, office wall, or reading nook.

General installation rule: with a lamp height of 35 cm, mount the attachment point at approximately 1.60 m above the floor so that the bottom of the glass remains above the eye level of a standing person.

Material, finish, and care

Bamboo does not tolerate prolonged moisture well: use a dry cloth rather than a sponge. The polished and cut glass can be cleaned with a slightly damp microfiber cloth once the lamp is turned off and has cooled. The brass only needs to be dusted.

Bulb and installation

Cusorion takes an E27 LED or Edison filament bulb with a maximum wattage of 40 W. No transformer is required. The 150 cm cord plugs into a standard outlet and has its own plug-mounted switch; the manufacturer states that it can be extended upon request.

Frequently asked questions

Which glass shade should I choose, green or cognac?

Cognac casts an amber glow and warms up a room with light-colored walls. Green gives a more subdued glow, ideal for a bedroom or reading nook. In both cases, the shade is most noticeable when the lamp is turned on: it is the glass that colors the beam, not the bulb.

Do I need to drill into the wall to install Cusorion?

The wall lamp and its glass weigh 4 kg, so it must be securely mounted to the wall. However, no electrical wiring is required: the 150 cm cord plugs into an outlet. You only need to drill holes to secure the lamp, not to power it, so an electrician is not necessary.

What is the difference between Models B and C?

Both share the same dimensions—21 cm in diameter and 35 cm high—and the same materials. Model A is the narrowest, with a diameter of 14 cm. The choice between B and C is therefore based on the lamp's design, not its size or height.

Is Cusorion compatible with a dimmer?

The manufacturer states that the lamp is operated by a push-button switch and is not dimmable as supplied. The plug switch therefore turns the lamp on or off. To adjust the ambiance, use a lower-wattage E27 bulb, up to the maximum allowed 40 W.

Discover more

Discover natural materials and tinted glass in the full range of wall lamps.
