The wider ones, up to 22 cm, require an unobstructed wall: above a sideboard or in an entryway. The thickness remains modest, from 5 cm to 10 cm, so none protrude very far.

General installation rule: 1.60 m to 1.75 m from the floor in a walkway. The upward-facing references wash the wall and ceiling, while those pointing down illuminate a surface or step. Choose the orientation before ordering, as it is fixed by the reference.

Material, finish and maintenance

Travertine is a naturally pitted limestone. The manufacturer warns that the patterns vary from one piece to another: your wall light will have its own grain. Dust it with a soft brush to reach the cavities, then with a dry cloth. Avoid vinegar and descalers, which can mark the limestone.

Bulb and installation

The G9 socket takes a small two-pin bulb, sold separately. A G9 LED remains lukewarm, which is better in a small stone enclosure. It is connected to a cable outlet with the circuit breaker switched off.

Frequently asked questions

How to choose between the twenty Zeloror shapes?

Start with the available space. If you have less than 15 cm of free wall space, opt for narrow references such as K or Q, which are 9 cm wide. On a large wall, reference B reaches 22 cm and fills the space. Then decide on the beam orientation, up or down.

Are the holes in the stone normal?

Yes. Travertine is a porous limestone, and its cavities are part of the material. The manufacturer also notes that the patterns vary from one product to another and that the delivered piece will differ from the images. Two wall lights of the same reference will therefore not have exactly the same texture.

Which G9 bulb should I choose for this model?

A two-pin G9, preferably LED, in warm white around 2700 K to enhance the beige of the stone. As the manufacturer does not specify a maximum wattage, avoid G9 halogens, which get very hot in an enclosed stone housing.

Can several be installed side by side?

Yes, and that is the appeal of the collection: twenty shapes in the same beige stone can be arranged in a line or in steps. Allow for one cable outlet per wall light and a regular spacing. Mix upward and downward orientations to add visual interest to the wall.

For more

Other stone lights are gathered in our wall light catalog.
