The porous stone diffuses a soft light and features unique veining in every piece.

It takes a G4 pin bulb, sold separately.

Technical specifications

Dimensions: 10 cm wide, 5 cm deep, 10 cm high

Material: travertine

Colour: beige

Socket: two-pin G4

Power supply: direct mains supply; the manufacturer specifies 110 V, without a transformer

Bulb: G4, not included; do not use with a 12 V bulb

Where to install this wall light?

Measuring 10 cm on each side, Izoren is more like a small stone volume than a conventional wall light. It can mark the bottom of a staircase, frame a door, or punctuate a hallway when installed in a row. Its shallow 5 cm depth makes it discreet in narrow passageways.

General installation rule: align several pieces at 1.70 m above the floor in a walkway, or install one at around 1.10 m to mark a stair step.

Material, finish and maintenance

Travertine is a porous limestone: dust it dry and avoid vinegar or acidic detergents, which can damage the surface. Each block features different patterns and cavities, so no two Izoren pieces are exactly alike. A soft brush removes dust from the textured areas.

Bulb and installation

Izoren takes a two-pin G4 bulb, not included. The manufacturer specifies a direct 110 V mains supply without a transformer: therefore, a mains-rated G4 bulb must be used, not a 12 V low-voltage G4 bulb. The connection is made via a fixed cable outlet, which should be prepared before fixing the stone.

Frequently asked questions

Which G4 bulb is suitable for Izoren?

A mains-rated G4 bulb in warm white, not a 12 V low-voltage G4 bulb. The manufacturer specifies a direct 110 V supply without a transformer. Choose a low-wattage G4 LED that generates moderate heat when in contact with the travertine, and check the voltage printed on the packaging before purchasing.

Can a standard 12 V G4 bulb be used?

No. Izoren is designed for direct mains supply without a transformer: a very common 12 V low-voltage G4 bulb is unsuitable and could be damaged. Refer to the instructions to confirm the voltage of your installation and choose a G4 bulb explicitly designed for mains use.

Are two Izoren wall lights identical?

No. Travertine is a natural stone with veining and cavities that vary from one block to another. When installed in pairs or in a row, two Izoren pieces will have the same shape and dimensions, but each will feature its own unique stone pattern. The manufacturer also highlights this variation between pieces.

Is Izoren suitable for a bathroom?

No IP rating is published for Izoren, and travertine remains a porous stone. Avoid direct splashing, keep the wall light away from water sources, and ensure adequate ventilation. Before installing it in a wet room, have an electrician check the location and circuit.

Discover more

Browse the stone wall lights in our wall light collection.
