The square design works well when repeated in a row; the vertical rectangle is better suited to a headboard or a living room corner.

As a general rule of thumb: in a hallway, install the blocks 1.50 m above the floor and every 1.50 to 2 m. Above a headboard, lower them to around 1.20 m to keep them out of sight.

Material, finish and care

Terrazzo combines a binder with stone chips: its grain is visible, and each block has a different distribution of chips. Dust the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid acidic products, as they damage the mineral binder.

Bulb and installation

No bulb needs to be purchased: the LED module is integrated into the block and has an advertised lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours, with no option for replacement. The model is compatible with a dimmer, sold separately. It can be installed on a wall or ceiling, with wiring provided at the mounting point.

Frequently asked questions

Should I choose the square or the rectangle?

The 12 cm square looks like a light bollard and works well when repeated along a hallway. The 8 x 16 cm rectangle is taller and narrower, making it ideal for a narrow wall section or on either side of a bed. The material is identical.

What happens when the LED reaches the end of its life?

The module is integrated into the block and the manufacturer states that it cannot be replaced, with an advertised lifespan of approximately 50,000 hours. At four hours of use per day, this represents more than thirty years. In the event of premature failure, please contact our customer service team.

Does the light really shine through the stone?

The mineral chips in the terrazzo are translucent: when illuminated from behind, they glow with an amber hue while the binder remains dark. The effect varies from block to block, as the distribution of chips is different in each one. When switched off, the wall light looks like a simple block of grey stone.

Can it be installed with a dimmer?

Yes, the manufacturer states that it is compatible with a dimmer, not included. This is useful in a hallway leading to bedrooms, where a lower light level is sufficient at night. Choose a dimmer designed for LED loads to avoid flickering or humming.

Discover more

Compare the integrated LED models in our range of wall lights:

Eldur, LED alabaster column

Jogne, oblong LED alabaster

Anka, linear travertine

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1050/3949/5499/files/GeneratedImageApril03_2026-6_02PM_1.png?v=1793206964
