It is suitable for the wall behind a sofa, an empty wall in the living room or a stair landing. Its 5 cm thickness keeps it clear of walkways.

General installation rule: centre the circle on the width of the wall, 25 or 30 cm above the back of a sofa.

Material, finish and care

The frame combines metal and aluminium in a black or gold finish, and the white acrylic diffuser covers the entire circumference. Wipe the acrylic with a dry cloth, as it scratches, and keep glass cleaners away from the painted aluminium.

Bulb and installation

No bulb is required: the LED is integrated and sized for the chosen diameter, from 12 to 24 W. Lustra is hardwired for 110 to 240 V. It is switched on using a push-button wall switch, not included.

Frequently asked questions

What diameter is suitable for a living room wall?

The 68 cm version is sufficient above a two-seater sofa or on a 2 m wide wall. The 98 cm version is ideal for a standard living room wall and provides 1980 lumens. The 128 cm diameter, with its 2640 lumens, requires a large, clear wall and enough space to view it in its entirety.

Can Lustra be installed in a bathroom?

No, despite what the manufacturer's presentation suggests. The technical specifications state an IP 20 rating, not waterproof, for indoor use only. IP 20 does not protect against splashes or the humidity of a bathroom. Install Lustra in a dry room, such as a living room, lounge, hallway or bedroom.

Is the light dimmable?

Some variants mention dimming, but the manufacturer's descriptions are too vague to confirm which version is dimmable or with which dimmer. If light intensity control is important to you, contact our customer service team before ordering: they will confirm the relevant version and the associated control equipment.

What colour temperature is supplied?

The available versions are listed as warm light, around 3000 K according to the documentation. The manufacturer also mentions neutral and cool colour temperatures, which are not included in the variants offered here. For a different colour temperature, contact our customer service team.

Discover more

Graphic formats are grouped in our selection of wall lights.
