The black finish makes it appear as a graphic volume during the day, even when turned off, and the acrylic diffusion takes over in the evening.

General installation rule: 1.50 m from the floor on either side of a bed, 1.70 m on a living room wall. Align the bottom edge of the wall light with an existing element, such as a shelf or frame, so that the geometry remains visually balanced.

Material, finish, and maintenance

Black metal shows dust clearly: wiping it regularly with a dry cloth is enough to keep the edges sharp. The acrylic shade requires a gentler touch, without solvents or abrasive sponges. Avoid cloths laden with particles, which leave clearly visible micro-scratches on a black surface.

Bulb and installation

The LED bulb is included, with an E27 socket and 220 V cable power supply. The model is not dimmable. Assembly is required upon delivery, and installation is carried out via a cable outlet; the manufacturer recommends hiring an electrician.

Frequently asked questions

Which light version should I choose?

The manufacturer offers two options: warm white only, or a version combining warm white, white, and neutral light. The first is suitable for a bedroom where a consistent atmosphere is desired. The second allows you to adjust the tone depending on the time of day, which is useful in a living room that also serves as an office.

Does the black color darken the room?

The body is opaque, so the light comes from the acrylic shade and the wall behind remains dark. On a light wall, the contrast accentuates the graphic effect. On a dark wall, the wall light blends in more: plan another light source for the room's general lighting.

Can it be installed horizontally or vertically?

The square format eliminates the question, as both sides are the same length. You just need to ensure it aligns with the adjacent lines on the wall. Simply use a spirit level to check that the edges are plumb: on a square, a defect of a few degrees is immediately noticeable.

Can the included bulb be easily replaced?

Yes, the listed socket is an E27, the most common base on the market. You can therefore replace the included LED bulb with another E27. Keep in mind that the light fixture is not dimmable: a dimmable bulb will not provide any benefit with this particular model.

Learn more

Explore the geometric volumes in our wall light catalog.
