An unobstructed area is therefore required, such as a stairwell, a living room wall without tall furniture, or a large landing. The manufacturer specifies ceiling mounting: please have this confirmed by our customer service team before ordering.

General installation rule: leave at least 30 cm between the edge of the largest ring and a wall edge, and maintain the required clear head height if the fixture extends downwards by 32 cm.

Material, finish and maintenance

Black highlights the design of the rings during the day; white blends into a light-coloured wall and lets only the light show through. Dust dry with a microfibre cloth: a matte surface marks easily if rubbed with a damp cloth.

Bulb and installation

The LED is integrated: no bulb to buy or replace, and the supplied colour temperature is warm white. The connection is fixed at 110-240 V AC, via a standard push-button switch not included. Given the diameter, have the fixing and support checked before installation.

Frequently asked questions

How many rings should I choose for Gleace?

One ring creates a simple line, 18 cm high with a 60 cm diameter, or 25.5 cm high with an 80 cm diameter. The two- and three-ring versions are 32 cm high and create a fuller volume that can be viewed from a distance. Measure the available viewing distance before choosing the fullest version.

Are the three stated colour temperatures available?

The manufacturer mentions 3000 K, 4000 K and 6000 K, but only the warm white version is available, regardless of the number of rings. For neutral or cool white to match existing lighting, contact our customer service team before ordering.

Is Gleace mounted on the wall or ceiling?

The manufacturer's data indicates ceiling mounting, although the product is listed among our wall lights. We will not make the decision for you: ask our customer service team for confirmation and describe your project. In either case, the fixing must be suitable for a fixture measuring 60 to 80 cm.

Is Gleace suitable for a bathroom?

No. The stated rating is IP 20, with no protection against water and for indoor use only. A bathroom requires a rating corresponding to the chosen installation area. For a wet room, choose a model whose technical specifications state IP 44 or higher.

Discover more

Discover our sizes in the wall light collection. The acrylic Oriel wall light also comes in large diameters, the Megan metal disc model is flatter, and the Onda wall light features a black curved design.
