The orange finish works as a pop of color on a light-colored wall, while the black finish blends in.

The lamp is hardwired and controlled by a separate wall switch. As a general rule for installation, mount it on a walkway wall approximately 1.80 m above the floor to the top of the lamp, leaving clear space beneath the 31 cm diameter of the body.

Material, finish, and care

The entire lamp, including the body and shade, is made of metal in a single color per version. Dust can be removed with a dry cloth without marking the paint. For the orange finish, avoid solvent-based cleaners, which may dull the color.

Bulb and installation

No bulb is required: the LED is built into the lamp. Installation requires a cable outlet in the wall, as Oraeisra has neither a power cord nor a plug. The lamp is switched on from an external wall switch, not included, which should be installed at the time of wiring.

Frequently asked questions

Does Oraeisra require a bulb?

No. The manufacturer states that it has an integrated LED, meaning the light source is built into the lamp without an E27 or G9 socket. You do not need to purchase anything else to turn it on. In return, the light temperature is selected when ordering and cannot be changed.

Which finish should I choose, black or orange?

The black version blends into a dark wall or highlights a graphic interior. The orange version acts as a pop of color and works best against a neutral wall. Both versions have the same dimensions, measuring 31 cm in diameter and 45 cm high, and the same integrated LED.

Do I need a special switch?

A standard wall switch is sufficient, but it is not included. The lamp has no controls built in: it is switched on from the wall. If the chosen lighting point is not already wired, arrange for this to be done by an electrician before installation.

Is it suitable for a bathroom?

The specifications state an IP 20 rating and for indoor use without protection against water. Oraeisra is therefore not designed for bathrooms or damp locations. Use it in a dry room, such as a living room, entryway, bedroom, or hallway.

Learn more

Discover other styles in our wall lamp catalog.
