Indoors, it complements a stairwell, a hallway or a living room wall. Outdoors, it highlights a building façade or a house entrance. Choose the height according to the area to be illuminated.

As a general rule of thumb: for a single bar, centre it on the wall you want to illuminate; for a series, maintain a consistent spacing. The remote control dimming then allows you to adjust the intensity to suit your needs, bright for marking a path or soft for an evening atmosphere.

Material, finish and maintenance

The body is made of protected solid aluminium with a black finish, and the diffuser is made of acrylic. Indoors, a dry cloth is all that is needed. Outdoors, clean the bar with clear water and dry it after rainfall to prevent deposits from forming on the profile.

Bulb and installation

The LED is integrated along the entire length of the profile: no bulb is required. The connection is wired and fixed, and should be carried out by an electrician, with a weatherproof cable outlet for outdoor installation. The power supply accepts 90 to 260 V. The remote control manages switching and dimming.

Frequently asked questions

Which height of Exty should I choose?

Seven heights are available, from 30 to 150 cm. Shorter versions illuminate a door or low worktop; longer ones, at 120 or 150 cm, structure a stairwell or a large section of a building façade. The light output increases with size, from 1540 lumens on the shortest to 7700 lumens on the tallest.

How do I adjust the light of Exty?

Dimming is done exclusively with the remote control supplied with the light fixture. No wall dimmer is required. You adjust the intensity remotely, from bright lighting to secure an entrance to a low glow for the end of the evening. Switching is also done with the remote control.

Can Exty be installed outdoors?

The manufacturer presents it for both indoor and outdoor use and states that it is designed to withstand rain and wind, but does not publish any numerical IP rating. In the absence of a rating, we recommend outdoor installation under cover, on a weatherproof cable outlet installed by an electrician, away from direct splashes.

How much does an Exty wall light weigh?

The weight depends on the height: the manufacturer states 0.8 kg for the shortest version and 2.5 kg for the 150 cm version. For the longer versions, plan for a mounting system suitable for the support, especially on a hollow partition wall, to distribute the load across several anchor points.

For more

Discover other LED lines from our wall light catalogue:

Chester, outdoor line

Xeda, outdoor ribbed LED

Sannit, linear wooden LED

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1050/3949/5499/files/GeneratedImageApril18_2026-5_38PM_1_1.png?v=1793206970
