Only 10 cm wide, it easily fits on either side of a mirror or a bed without taking up space.

General installation rule: place the center of the tube at approximately 1.60 m from the floor on either side of a mirror, slightly lower for a headboard.

Material, finish and maintenance

The crystal is cleaned with a soft, barely damp cloth, when the light is off and cool, to preserve the bubble effect. The rose gold alloy is dusted dry; avoid household sprays, which dull the metal and leave a film on the crystal.

Bulb and installation

The LED is integrated: no bulb to provide, and the shade chosen at the time of order, warm or cold, remains permanent. The connection is made with fixed wiring, under 110-240 V, by a standard wall switch not included.

Frequently asked questions

Which height to choose for Virelre?

The three versions share the same diameter of 10 cm: only the height changes, 40, 50 or 60 cm. The 40 cm version is suitable for a headboard or a small wall, the 50 cm for general use, the 60 cm for a tall wall or on the sides of a large mirror. Choose according to the available height.

Can the light shade be changed after installation?

No. The LED is integrated and the shade is chosen at the time of order, in warm white or cold white. It then remains fixed, as there is no bulb to change. Warm white highlights the rose gold and warms the crystal; cold white gives a cleaner and more contemporary look.

Can Virelre go in a bathroom?

No. The stated rating is IP 20, not waterproof, for dry indoor use. The crystal and rose gold find their place better in a living room, bedroom or entrance. A bathroom requires an appropriate IP rating based on the distance from the water source, not provided on this model.

Can two Virelre be placed on either side of a mirror?

Yes, this is a suitable use for its width of 10 cm. Two identical columns frame a mirror or a headboard symmetrically. Choose the same height and the same shade for both, and provide a cable outlet on each side, as the connection is fixed.

To go further

Discover our crystal models in our wall light catalog. The Dirk wall light combines crystal and brass, the Kristy model uses K9 crystal, and the Gwynne wall light adopts a golden tone.
