Faceted crystal strands, cut by hand, hang from its gold-finished iron and metal frame.

The crystal is transparent, with a gold finish. The fixture weighs 3 kg and takes an E14 bulb with a maximum power of 15 W.

Technical specifications

Dimensions: 23.5 cm wide, 14.5 cm deep, 34 cm high

Weight: 3 kg

Materials: iron, metal and crystal

Crystal colour: transparent

Finish: gold

Socket: E14

Compatible bulbs: E14 LED or filament bulb

Power: 15 W

Voltage: 110–240 V AC

Environment: indoor

Installation: the manufacturer specifies ceiling installation

Processes: electroplating, polishing, cutting

Control: push-button switch, non-dimmable

Driver required: no

Battery: no

Where to install this wall light?

The manufacturer's product sheet specifies ceiling installation: ask our customer service team about the supplied mounting plate before choosing a wall location. The fixture is compact, measuring 23.5 cm wide by 34 cm high, making it suitable for an entrance hall, landing or the corner of a living room.

General installation rule: the crystal strands are best viewed up close, so leave them clear of obstructions and install the fixture approximately 2 m below the fixing point in a walkway.

Material, finish and care

The crystal is faceted and then cut piece by piece: the edges reflect light in small flashes and each strand differs slightly. Dust the strands one by one with a dry cloth or feather duster, without using any cleaning products. The gold electroplated frame can be cleaned in the same way, dry.

Bulb and installation

An E14 bulb is required but not supplied, with a maximum power of 15 W. An exposed-filament LED complements the facets; a frosted LED softens the reflections. The fixture connects to 110–240 V without a driver. Its 3 kg weight requires fixing to a solid support.

Frequently asked questions

Can Aurora be dimmed?

Dimming depends on the bulb installed: an E14 bulb specified as dimmable makes this possible; a standard bulb does not. The original push-button switch only turns the light on and off. If you want to vary the light level, install a compatible dimmer upstream in the circuit and check the information on the bulb packaging.

How many bulbs does Aurora require?

Just one, with an E14 socket, not supplied. The manufacturer limits the power to 15 W, which corresponds to a standard LED or low-energy filament bulb. This single light source shines through the crystal strands, providing accent lighting rather than general room illumination.

Is Aurora suitable for a bathroom?

The manufacturer specifies indoor use but does not state an IP rating for this model. Without a numerical rating, we do not recommend it for damp spaces. Cut crystal and gold finish do not withstand repeated condensation well. Reserve it for an entrance hall, living room, bedroom or dry hallway.

How to clean the crystal strands?

Clean them dry and without dismantling the fixture. Run a feather duster or soft cloth over the strands, holding them from the top to avoid pulling on the attachments. Glass cleaners and damp cloths leave marks on the facets. Dusting every two or three months maintains the sparkling effect.

Discover more

Explore the crystals in our wall light catalogue.
