The manufacturer recommends it for use beside a bed, while its design also makes it suitable for reading corners and wall decoration.

General installation rule: place the centre of the disc between 1.20 and 1.40 m above the floor, beside the bed, and ensure that the socket is within 150 cm, the length of the supplied cable.

Material, finish and care

The acrylic shade diffuses the light with a milky effect and will not shatter, providing peace of mind near a bed. However, it may scratch more easily than glass: use a barely damp microfibre cloth, without powder or solvents. The painted metal body, available in green or beige, can be dusted in the same way.

Bulb and installation

The LED is integrated: no bulb needs to be purchased or replaced. The manufacturer specifies 25 W and warm light. Installation simply involves fixing the mounting plate to the wall and then plugging in the cable. An alternative cable length is available as an option; our customer service team can provide details of the available options before you order.

Frequently asked questions

Is an electrician required?

No, not for the electrical connection, as the wall light plugs into an existing socket via its approximately 150 cm cable. The mounting plate must be securely fixed to the wall using a wall plug suitable for the wall surface. Nevertheless, the manufacturer recommends consulting a professional if you have any doubts.

Where does the cable go once the wall light is installed?

It runs down the wall to the socket and is not designed to be adjustable in length. Leave it visible or conceal it in a cable trunking. As the switch is located on the cable, keep it within easy reach from the bed.

Can the light be dimmed?

No. The manufacturer states that the model is non-dimmable and has no smart functions, and the LED is integrated into the light. The cable-mounted switch is for turning the light on and off only. If you need multiple light levels in the bedroom, consider adding a second light source.

Can the LED be replaced at the end of its life?

The light source is integrated, so there is no socket or standard bulb to replace yourself. This is how this type of light is designed. Our customer service team can provide details of the manufacturer's procedures if the light source stops working.

Discover more

Explore our bedroom wall lights.
