Reserve it for clear surfaces: above a sofa, in a stairwell, or on the wall of an entrance. The 100 and 120 cm diameters require some distance to appreciate the curve.

General installation rule: center the light fixture at eye level on a bare wall, and leave at least 20 cm between the edge of the diffuser and a corner or door frame.

Material, finish and maintenance

The white acrylic diffuser softens the LED light; the metal frame is gold or black depending on the version. Dust the acrylic with a soft, dry cloth, without solvents or abrasive powders, which will scratch it.

Bulb and installation

The LED is integrated: no bulb to buy. Haloice is hardwired to a wall cable outlet, in 110 to 240 V, and is switched on from a push-button wall switch, not supplied.

Frequently asked questions

Which Haloice diameter to choose?

The choice depends on the available wall width. The 60 cm diameter suits a wide bedroom or hallway wall section. The 80 and 100 cm diameters are suitable for a living room wall behind a sofa. The 120 cm diameter assumes a very clear wall and a significant distance to be seen in its entirety.

Can Haloice be installed in a bathroom?

No. The manufacturer indicates an IP 20 rating and specifies that the light fixture is not waterproof and is intended for indoor use. An IP 20 offers no protection against water or splashes. Therefore, install Haloice in a dry room, away from showers, bathtubs, and water sources.

Is an electrical outlet required?

No, Haloice is hardwired and is not plugged into an outlet. It connects to a wall cable outlet, which must be positioned before installation. If your wall does not have one in the desired location, call in an electrician to bring it to the right place.

What is the difference between model A and model B?

Both models are offered in each of the four diameters, with the same integrated LED, the same warm light, and the same gold or black finishes. To compare the two variants precisely before ordering, contact our customer service, which will tell you which one suits your wall.

To go further

Large-format lights are gathered in our selection of wall lights.
